Car tyres
Car tyres cannot be recycled or disposed of in your local council’s kerbside rubbish or recycling bin, box or bag. Car tyres (a maximum of 4 tyres per visit) can be recycled at your local Household Waste Recycling Centre.
AUTOMOTIVE WASTE FACTS:
- Some automotive waste is recyclable and some needs to be disposed of safely.
- Small amounts of automotive waste can be put into the kerbside residual bin provided by your council.
- Larger and more specialist items can be taken to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre.
