Paint
Paint cannot be recycled in your local council’s kerbside recycling bin, box or bag. If the paint tins are empty and the residual paint has dried out, you can double wrap them and put them in your kerbside rubbish bin. Small amounts of paint (up to five tins) can be recycled at some local Household Waste Recycling Centres.
BUILDING AND DIY WASTE FACTS:
- Some building and DIY waste is recyclable and some need to be disposed of safely.
- Small amounts of building and DIY waste can be put into the kerbside residual bin provided by your Council.
- Small amounts can also be taken to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre.
