Aerosol cans (including aerosol paint, hairspray, deodorant, spray polish, air freshener, fly spray, bathroom cleaners, etc). can be recycled in your local council’s kerbside recycling bin, box or bag, or at your local Household Waste Recycling Centre.

METAL FACTS:

• The kerbside recycling process is only designed to sort steel and aluminium cans and tins and they should be empty and rinsed clean of food / liquid.
• Larger metal metals items can be recycled at any Household Waste Recycling Centre in Merseyside and Halton.
